Current Openings

We are now accepting 2nd year MSW clinical interns. This is a unique opportunity to train in a trauma-focused, evidence-based practice with hands-on clinical experience and meaningful professional development built in from day one.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited MSW program, 2nd year field placement
  • Free trainings provided in trauma-informed modalities
  • Consultation toward certifications (EMDR, DBT, and more)
  • Supervision provided by Leslie Casler, LCSW, Florida-approved qualified supervisor
  • Position available following graduation for the right candidate

Qualified Supervision

Supporting the next generation of trauma-informed clinicians

Leslie Casler, LCSW, is an approved qualified supervisor in the state of Florida and offers individual and group supervision for registered clinical social work interns (RCSWI) working toward full licensure. Supervision at Therapy For The Soul is grounded in trauma-informed principles, relational attunement, and evidence-based practice.

Florida-Approved Supervisor

Leslie holds Florida qualified supervisor status and provides supervision that meets LCSW licensure requirements.

Trauma-Informed Framework

Supervision is rooted in EMDR, IFS, somatic, and polyvagal approaches — equipping interns with advanced trauma treatment skills.

Individual & Group Formats

Both individual and small-group supervision formats are available to support your learning style and schedule.

Mentorship & Growth
