Kathleen Pine
Master of Social Work Clinical Intern | CBT, DBT Skills Trainer and EMDR Trainee
Under the direct supervision of Leslie Casler, LCSW
As a Master of Social Work Clinical Intern, I provide compassionate, evidence based care grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training, and trauma focused approaches. I am also actively expanding my trauma training and am scheduled to complete EMDR basic training in October 2026.
Personal experience has taught me that even our most difficult seasons can eventually lead to meaningful growth and unexpected possibilities. I bring that perspective into my work while recognizing that healing looks different for everyone and should unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in each person's unique needs and goals. Above all, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood, develop new skills, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

About Therapy For The Soul
Our approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. We believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their experiences, develop self-awareness, and embark on a journey of healing.
Our Philosophy
We believe healing is about more than simply managing symptoms. It is about understanding what shaped us, reconnecting with ourselves, and creating a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and whole.
Our work is rooted in the belief that even our most difficult experiences can become part of meaningful growth and transformation. We honor the courage it takes to begin this work and recognize that healing is deeply personal. There is no single path and no predetermined timeline.
Our approach combines compassion and genuine human connection with evidence based, trauma informed care. We meet each person where they are, working collaboratively to create the safety needed to explore what hurts, understand what has been carried, and begin changing patterns that may once have been necessary for survival.
Our hope is not simply to help people feel better. It is to help people heal, grow, and thrive.
